This course will cover the elements required to achieve a high percentage of successful outcomes for full coverage implant restorations. Emphasis will center on basic scientific and engineering principles required to consistently achieve case longevity. Also covered will be a rationale for choosing the best treatment option most likely to achieve long term success. Included will be some new treatment options with an established track record that most dentists do not know exist. Numerous examples will be presented from a library of more than 100,000 pictures taken over seven decades. Many of these cases have been documented with X-Ray follow-up over decades.
