Affidavit of Image Authenticity

I verify that my presentations are based on scientific evidence and the images used have not been falsified to misrepresent treatment outcomes.

I declare that all visual images, electronic or otherwise, used by me or my associates on the ONWARD website have not been altered in any way that changes the character of the images themselves.

I declare that the images have only been altered for use in the powerpoint program to make for better viewing:  i.e. changes in image size or changes in brightness/contrast.
